I view this stage of my work as all about storytelling, but the story can only really be completed by the viewer. As we study one another, take a bit here, take a bit there. Remove what we can't yet see, and try again. Paintings created and removed. The most beautiful feeling for me, of completing a painting and then breaking it down to create something new, different, hopefully stronger on that same surface. Happily letting go.
